How to request deletion

Please send an email with the subject line:

Account Deletion Request

In your email, include:

• Your full name

• The email address used for your Hijeshi account

• A short request asking us to delete your account and associated data

What will be deleted

When your request is processed, we will delete:

• Your Hijeshi app account

• Your personal profile information

• Your saved account data associated with the app

What may be retained

Certain information may be retained where required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, accounting, or order-record obligations.

Processing time

We aim to process verified deletion requests within 7 business days.

If we need to verify your identity before processing the request, we may contact you by email.
